How to access:

Click on “Parts” and choose “Back Order List” in the drop down menu.

Function description:

This function allows authorized user to consult parts, accessories, and clothing back order items displayed in a list.
Procedure:

There are six different options to access back order items. You can view: all parts, all clothing, all parts and clothing, via your order number, via BRP Order number or via a specific parts/clothing number. Click on one of the radio buttons in the Selection Criteria screen area. The appropriate back ordered items will appear in a list for you to consult it and cancel items if required.

B.E.S.T. Contract Registration

How to access:

There are 2 ways to access a B.E.S.T. Contract Registration:
1. Click on “Sales” and choose “B.E.S.T. Contract Registration” in the drop down menu.
OR
2. Access the B.E.S.T. Contract Registration by clicking on the hyperlink when processing a unit registration.

Function description:

This function allows the authorized user, after having sold and registered a unit, to register a B.E.S.T. Contract for that unit.
Procedure:

Enter serial # and purchase date, then, click on the Next/Submit button. Enter appropriate information then submit to receive acknowledgement. For more information, access the training (hyperlink below) and click on the "Step by Step" tab to learn how to perform the procedure.

B.E.S.T. Plus Maintenance Claim

How to access:

Click on “Service” and choose “B.E.S.T. Plus Maintenance Claim” in the drop down menu.

Function description:

This function allows the authorized user, after having registered a B.E.S.T. Contract for a unit to submit a claim for inspection and/or repairs performed on the unit.
Procedure:

Enter serial #, then, click on the Next/Submit button. Enter appropriate information then submit to receive acknowledgement. Fore more information, access the training (hyperlink below) and click on the "Step by Step" tab to learn how to perform the procedure.
