How to access:

Click on “Service” and choose “Campaign Claim” in the drop down menu.

Function description:

This function allows the authorized user to submit a campaign claim describing the repairs and/or inspection performed on a unit.
Procedure:

Enter appropriate information then submit to receive acknowledgement. For more information, access the training (hyperlink below) and click on the "Step by Step" tab to learn how to perform the procedure.

Campaign Monitoring

How to access:

Click on “Service” and choose “Campaign Monitoring ” in the drop down menu.

Function description:

This function allows the authorized user to consult the list of Warranty Campaigns to perform on units either sold or in stock.
Procedure:

Access “Campaign Monitoring”, once in it, select a Campaign # on which you need information by clicking on the radio button at the left. This will automatically bring you to the Details for a Campaign# screen where you will get the Owner Information impacted by the selected campaign.

Change of Owner Coordinates

How to access:

Click on “Sales” and choose “Change of Owner Coordinates” in the drop down menu.

Function description:

This function allows the authorized user to make a Change of Owner Coordinates for a client.
Procedure:

Enter serial #, then, click on the Next/Submit button. Enter appropriate information then submit to receive acknowledgement. Fore more information, access the training (hyperlink below) and click on the "Step by Step" tab to learn how to perform the procedure.

Change of Ownership

Clothing Claim

Coop Management

How to access:

Click on “Financial” and choose “Coop Management” in the drop down menu.

Function description:

This function supports authorized user to update individual claims processed, group claims processed, budget balances, media usage and product advertised by product line and year budget.
Procedure:

Access “Coop Management” menu, select requested information by clicking on one of the hyperlinks. Refer to the Tutorial for more detailed information.

Customer Satisfaction Index Report

How to access:

Click on “ComCenter” and choose “Customer Satisfaction Index Report” in the drop down menu.

Function description:

This function allows the authorized user to consult the Customer Satisfaction Index Report for either sales, service or season end portion.
Procedure:

Access "CSI" Report, then select a report type, report period(for Season End only), product line and season. Submit this information and the appropriate report will be displayed (PDF format).
