Enter a Requested Part by Number	Qty	Quantity required.	Mandatory (When a part number is entered)	Default to 1.
Enter a Requested Part by Number	Part Number		Optional	This part number must be existent, otherwise the system will ask you to correct it. No more than 5 lines of Part Numbers can be entered on the same "request". More than 5 lines may overload the system
Enter a Requested Part by Description	Type	Select either part or clothing.	Mandatory(when a Description is entered)	Enter a description when the part number is unknown.
Enter a Requested Part by Description	Product Line	Select a product.	Mandatory (when a Description is entered)
Enter a Requested Part by Description	Description	Give a brief description of the wanted item	Optional	A maximum of 250 characters is allowed.
Validation	Qty	Quantity entered of the requested item	Display only
Validation	Part Number	Part number entered of the requested item	Display only
Validation	Description	Parts/clothing description or brief description entered of the requested item.	Display only
Validation	Expiration	The expiration date is determined according to today’s date plus 5 business days later.	Display only
Validation	Dealer / Contact / Address	It gives to other dealer all of the information they need to contact you.		Includes : Company name Contact name Address (street, city, province/state) Telephone E-mail address (when available)
List Part Criteria	Type	Check and select the criteria that will generate the list of wanted items.	Optional	Check circle for searching one or more Parts/Clothing to include within the report. At least, one should be checked. Part: If checked, then the system will include part within the result of the report. Clothing: If checked, then the system will include clothing within the result of the report.
List Part Criteria	Product line		Optional	Check circle for searching one or more product lines to include within the report. At least, one should be checked. Ski Doo: If checked, then the system will include Ski Doo parts/Clothing within the result of the report. Sea Doo: If checked, then the system will include Sea Doo parts/Clothing within the result of the report. Jet Boat: If checked, then the system will include Jet Boat parts/Clothing within the result of the report. ATV: If checked, then the system will include ATV parts/Clothing within the result of the report.

List Part Criteria	Province/State	Selection list of possible province/states.	Mandatory within this section
Order List Selection	List Part Order By	Selecting the report sort order		Select the order of the sort (by part number or description) for the list of wanted items.
List parts detailed sorted by part number or description	Qty	Quantity entered of the requested item
List parts detailed sorted by part number or description	Part Number	Part number entered of the requested item
List parts detailed sorted by part number or description	Description	Parts/clothing description or brief description entered of the requested item.
