Once the certificates have been created,
Select the appropriate Authorization Numbers List
in the menu.

Numbers List - Details
The screen will display:
A list of the dealer's authorization
numbers for the current promotion. You can retrieve a certificate
anytime by using the BRP authorization number. Click any underlined
number (hyperlink) in your list. BOSSWeb then displays the matching
certificate.
Each line of information displays the model
(SKU and description),
a brief description of the promotion,
the customer's name,
the date the authorization number
was obtained
and the authorization number status.
There are three possible statuses. If nothing appears in this column,
the authorization number is valid and ready for unit registration.
If the status is C (Cancel), the authorization number is no
longer valid. If the status is U (Used), the authorization
number has already been used to register a unit.
In the event the authorization number has
already been used, additional details are displayed in this line.
This information includes the serial number of the registered unit,
the owner's name and the registration date.
You can cancel an authorization number
from this page if it has not been used or cancelled already. To do
so, you have to click on the certificate's Delete button.
